Substitution Policy

We always strive to send the gift basket as shown. However, sometimes items and containers may be no longer available. We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value as required to ensure the timely delivery of your gift.

Return Policy

Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable. Food baskets are not returnable due to health and safety concerns. Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged Replacement

Please report any damaged shipment to us within 2 business days of a basket arriving. If a basket arrives damaged, we will be more then happy to arrange an exchange replacement. Please be sure to keep all damaged packaging. Once the item has been received by us, we will issue a replacement. We are not responsible for damages that are not reported to us within 2 business days.
